About Me

Our work together is about you, not about me.

I coach because I was blown away by the power of coaching on IMD's High Performance Leadership and Advanced High Performance Leadership courses. The key principles from those courses come up in my coaching time and again. 

 

My career has been about simplifying things down to their key focus areas, making them concrete, and getting them done.  Creating value for organisations, teams, and individuals.

 

​Educated as a manufacturing engineer and a chartered accountant, I've worked across cultures in several industries, for listed and privately held organisations. Working with teams and individuals to adapt to changing situations and move things forward, across all levels of the profit and liquidity cycles.

​

I'm at ease at the front-line business, corporate, and investor levels, and understand the power of effective fact and trust-based relationships across organisations.

 

Following my engineering education in Scotland, my career started in London with pwc, training as a chartered accountant. Based in Switzerland since 2015, I lived in France for thirteen years before that.

Blessed with a wonderful, supportive wife and a very proud father of three, I enjoy running, water sports, and winter sports.

 

I am bilingual in English and French, and can work with you in either or both languages.

I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
